- There is a one-time sales transfer fee of $2,000 for a new owner and an annual assessment every November 1, currently $640 per year.
- Hickory Hills has a Protective Restrictions on Residential Lands (PRRL) covenant and Specification and Procedure Manual. This is the document you will be obligated to sign as an acknowledgement that you agree to follow these regulations upon property closing on page 11 and 23.
The purpose of this covenant and the accompanying rules and regulations is to maintain the appearance of Hickory Hills and the property values of the homes within its boundaries.
