Tillsonburg has a
population of approximately
15,000. It's just a few steps
from the clubhouse across a pedestrian bridge to the main street of town. You can easily stroll
downtown to
shop for groceries, go to the local Farmer's Market, visit your bank,
the
liquor store or the library. There are over 200 stores and services in
town and
16 churches (eight you can walk to).
There are two medical clinics (one within walking
distance)
and the 79-bed Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is just around
the corner
One of the first things
you'll notice is there's lots of parking in town and it's all free! Like to golf? The
Tillsonburg Golf and Country Club is right next door and there are a
dozen other
courses in the area. If you're into the arts you'll enjoy the rotating
shows
and classes at the Station Arts Centre (within walking distance). Take
a drive around
the neighborhood, you may spot some resale bungalows or garden homes
for sale!
