There
are 384 fully detached " freehold" homes and 40 "freehold"
garden homes in Hickory Hills. They range in size from approximately 1,100
to 1,750 square feet, or more with partially finished basements, and were built to high industry standards. There are also
13 relatively new condominium town houses. To meet various needs, there are homes with
many different floor plans throughout the community. Some homes have one level
and others feature lofts or basements. Some residents have added sunrooms and
some have fireplaces. Every home is unique to its individual owner but one thing
each has in common is pride of ownership. People visiting Hickory Hills for the
first time are always amazed at how well each home is looked after.
Our community of Hickory Hills is now fully developed. A total of
437 homes were built and sold, in several phases, from 1986 to 2005.
Available homes are now re-sold through MLS listings by local realtors or
through private sales by the owners. Prices can range anywhere between $149,000. and
$300,000.
